W. Dale Kamerrer
send a messageW. DALE KAMERRER obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Puget Sound (1974 and 1977). He joined the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, becoming the Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in 1984. Dale was recruited to the Tort Claims Division of the State Attorney General’s Office, and engaged in litigation there until 1989, when he joined this firm. Dale’s practice is focused on the defense of cities, counties, and other governmental entities in matters that include land use claims, wrongful death and personal injury claims, and personnel matters. He provides general counsel services to Intercity Transit in Olympia. Dale co-authored a chapter in the Washington State Bar Association’s Real Property Deskbook. He is active with the Rotary Club of West Olympia.
Dale retired from the active practice of law in 2020. He continues to remain associated with the firm in an ‘Of Counsel’ status.
