JOHN E. JUSTICE obtained his law degree, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University Law School in 1993. Following graduation, John joined the Natural Resources Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, where his practice focused on administrative appeals and regulatory enforcement matters. In 1996, John joined the Torts Division of the Attorney General’s Office, where he represented the State of Washington in tort lawsuits including claims for negligence, civil rights, employment discrimination and wrongful death. John joined this firm in 1999, where his practice includes the representation of governmental clients in a variety of matters including personal injury and wrongful death claims, police and jail liability, and civil rights claims. He is admitted to the bar in Washington State and Oregon State, the Eastern and Western Districts of the Washington Federal District Court, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
